By browsing or purchasing from F8VRLASTING you agree to the terms below.
1. Overview
This store is operated by F8VRLASTING ("F8VR", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products and pricing
Product availability is limited and prices are shown in the store's listed currency. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities per customer, and discontinue any product at any time without notice. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished garment.
3. Payments
Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where available in your region. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We never store your full payment details. Orders flagged as fraudulent may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
4. Shipping
Delivery timelines, rates and carrier responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
5. No returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds except for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items as described in our Return Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, photography and site content are the property of F8VRLASTING and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, F8VRLASTING is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased from it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
